Lia, a junior resident, steps into her first night shift in the ICU, expecting exhaustion, not trepidation. Alongside her senior, Satria, this shift begins to unravel in unsettling ways—bells ringing from empty rooms, whispers crawling through the halls, and the dead returning with unfinished business. 

As Lia confronts an eerie truth, she begins to question: is this night shift outside the bounds of reality—or has she crossed over herself?
